The newly built studio is about 500 sq ft You have queen bed, very quiet mini split ac, full kitchen (except dishwasher), TV with Hulu,amazon prime, local channels, WiFi etc. House is centrally located in jersey village which is at intersection of 290 and beltway 8. It is about 20 minutes to iah, 20 minutes to galleria, 30 minutes to downtown, nrg stadium and medical center. Neighborhood is very quiet residential area.

When you stay at Airbnb you are staying at someone’s house not a hotel. Our home is conveniently located just 24 minutes from downtown Houston, 25 minutes from IAH Airport and 47 minutes from Hobby Airport.

This house is located at the back of the main house . You will have your own private entrance but parking is on street. *** Baby and kids stuff are available for rent from 3rd party vendors due to safety and sanitization standards required. *** We require all guests need to make account with Airbnb and be verified to be able to stay.

House Rules

1. WE NEED TO COLLECT 7% CITY OF JERSEY VILLAGE OCCUPANCY TAXES FOR ANY STAYS LESS THAN 30 DAYS. 2. We require all guests need to make account with Airbnb and be verified to be able to stay. 3. Early check in and Late checkout are charged $50/hr as we have to send extra cleaners and change schedule. 4. In Houston due to humid and warm weather there is no refunds if pests activity is seen, regular pest control is performed and we don’t have any magic to totally eliminate them. 5. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture. If hair is found, Lenin’s will be replaced and charged.

This is a rare listing where the place is even nicer than the photos! Spent a month here and was very pleased. It’s very private and clean. Rajesh is truly a 5 star host and goes above and beyond. Very grateful for such a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Overall great experience! the location was perfect and was close to my work. Everything you needed inside the unit and all the restaurants and stores you need nearby. Rajesh was very accommodating and very helpful in my times of need. I'm very thankful for all he's done for me!

Wonderful studio for a long term stay! Has all the necessities needed! My stay was very peaceful and had no issues with anything inside the studio. If I had any questions or needed to ask Rajesh anything he was always quick to respond! I very much appreciate him for allowing my husband to visit a couple of days.

Nice quite studio. Rajesh is very friendly and helpful but respects your privacy. Jersey Village is a nice area and is very quiet and safe. I was able to relax in the studio. Great to have a washing machine and dryer in the studio too.

When needing a home away from home this location suited perfectly. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to many amenities and medical facilities, living here was a pleasure. Rajesh is an excellent host and has a lovely family and we recommend their AIRBNB wholeheartedly.
