House Rules

No gathering allowed without prior consent, fees applicable No parties allowed without prior permission, fees applicable. Do not walk outside without shirt. Smoking is allowed outside the house. We require all guests to be added to the reservation. Early check in and Late checkout are charged $50/hr as we have to send extra cleaners and change schedule. In Houston due to humid and warm weather there is no refunds if pests activity is seen, regular pest control is performed and we don’t have any magic to totally eliminate them. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture. If hair is found, Lenin’s will be replaced and charged.

My stay was great! The place was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. The host was very responsive and made the check-in process easy. The location was also really convenient for getting around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was such a great place to stay for a large group of friends who don’t like sharing beds haha. There were 7 separate beds so everyone had their own sleeping space. The house was spacious and comfortable. The AC worked well enough. The couches in the living room were comfy for hanging out. Everything was as described, and it was a great stay.
