House is a older 1950’s neighborhood which is few miles from ship channel so main roads might see lot of industrial traffic. Some houses in the neighborhood are nice like ours and some are still in old condition.

House Rules

1. No extra guests allowed in the house or pool. If someone is visiting than add them to guest count before booking . Extra guests will be charged. 2. No parties or events allowed, some soft events or gatherings can be allowed, $500 gathering fees and $500 refundable security deposit is required, you be responsible for trash. 3. No loud music or gatherings outside on pool or patio after 10 pm. 4. There will be leaves falling during Fall and Spring Season, Pools might be covered with Tree pollen 5. Outdoor furniture can have dust on it due to rain and wind. 6. Check-out is 11AM unless stated otherwise. A Mandatory $100 fee per hour for unauthorized "Overstay". If "Overstay" exceeds two hours past checkout, guest is responsible for the Daily Base Rate (without discounts) & does not award you possession of the property for the day of "Overstay". If guest wants to extend their stay (based upon availability), a new official booking will need to be made. If "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, guest is responsible for the full cost of reimbursement. 7. Courtesy of 1 hour earlier check-in might be possible but anything more is $200 early check-in fees applies. 8. Please do not take out the pool robot out of the pool. 9. Early check in and Late checkout are charged $50/hr as we have to send extra cleaners and change schedule. 10. guests use pool and bunk beds at their own risk 11. In Houston due to humid and warm weather there is no refunds if pests activity is seen, regular pest control is performed and we don’t have any magic to totally eliminate them. 12. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture. If hair is found, Lenin’s will be replaced and charged. 13. Pool depth reaches 9 ft in deep end. Use at your own risk. No diving. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised.
