House Rules

1. No extra guests allowed in the house or pool. If someone is visiting than add them to guest count. 2.Please upload government issued id to your airbnb profile. 3. No loud music or gatherings outside on pool or patio after 10 pm. 4. Don't move furniture and if you do then please put furniture back where it was originally. 5. Outdoor furniture can have dust on it due to rain and wind. 6. Check-out is 11AM unless stated otherwise. A Mandatory $100 fee per hour for unauthorized "Overstay". If "Overstay" exceeds two hours past checkout, guest is responsible for the Daily Base Rate (without discounts) & does not award you possession of the property for the day of "Overstay". If guest wants to extend their stay (based upon availability), a new official booking will need to be made. If "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, guest is responsible for the full cost of reimbursement. 7. Courtesy of 1 hour earlier checkin might be possible but anything more is $200 early checkin fees applies. 8. We require all guests to be added to the reservation. 9. Early check in and Late checkout are charged $50/hr as we have to send extra cleaners and change schedule. 10. guests use pool and bunk beds at their own risk. 11. In Houston due to humid and warm weather there is no refunds if pests activity is seen, regular pest control is performed and we don’t have any magic to totally eliminate them. 12. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture. If hair is found, Lenin’s will be replaced and charged.

Unfortunately, due to a mix-up on my end, we weren’t able to complete our stay. However, I wanted to leave a review because the host was incredibly communicative, responsive, and professional throughout the process. Even though we didn’t end up staying, I truly appreciated the clarity and promptness of their messages. I’m confident they provide a great experience for guests and hope to stay with them in the future.

We had such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were 7 of us, and everyone had their own space to relax and unwind—which was a huge plus. One of the rooms is in an adjacent pool house, and my friend absolutely loved it—perfect little getaway within the getaway. The kitchen was spacious and open, which made it super easy for our 3–4 cooks to move around and get meals prepped. The grill was a highlight—easy to use and clean, and it cooked the heck out of our chicken! The pool was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed—no bugs, no floating debris, just good vibes and relaxation. The TVs worked great, and the whole place was well-kept and welcoming. My only suggestions would be maybe adding an outdoor speaker and a few extra poolside amenities for even more chill time. But honestly, they had everything we needed—from cookware to cleaning supplies—and the house is located near a supermarket, which made stocking up super convenient.
