Great 1 bedroom guest house apartment. Location is very convenient to IAH airport and a lot of restaurants and shop are close by. The neighborhood is mainly single family homes and is very quiet with low property crime. Parking on the street.

A bedroom with walkin closet and a full bathroom with bathtub. Whole guesthouse is yours Our home is conveniently located just 27 minutes from downtown Houston, 14 minutes from IAH Airport and 43 minutes from Hobby Airport.

- No extra guests allowed. - Please put trash to curb Sunday night. - No music after 10pm outside in the courtyard. - Please be courteous to neighbors and be quiet when getting in and out of the house. - We require all guests need to make account with Airbnb and be verified to be able to stay. - Early check in and Late checkout are charged $50/hr as we have to send extra cleaners and change schedule. *** In Houston due to humid and warm weather there is no refunds if pests activity is seen, regular pest control is performed and we don’t have any magic to totally eliminate them. *** Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture. If hair is found, Lenin’s will be replaced and charged.
