House Rules

No Smoking inside and no smoking marijuana inside or outside , No Loud Noises, No Parties or extra visitors , No illegal Activities. Please be quiet coming in and going out so neighbor do not complain, specially late night. Check-out is 11AM unless stated otherwise. A Mandatory $100 fee per hour for unauthorized "Overstay". If "Overstay" exceeds two hours past checkout, guest is responsible for the Daily Base Rate (without discounts) & does not award you possession of the property for the day of "Overstay". If guest wants to extend their stay (based upon availability), a new official booking will need to be made. If "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, guest is responsible for the full cost of reimbursement. Guest will be charged $100 per guest if you don't mention additional guest and got pre approval for it or if it was not added on the number of guest in the reservation.

Rajesh is an amazing host. The Airbnb is amazing and in a great location in Houston. It’s near Galleria Mall and a lot of good restaurants. If you’re going to Houston, then this is one of top Airbnbs to get.
