Welcome to your Pool home ! This Old Spanish Villa built in the 1960’s has 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, Balcony, Sun room with 13beds ( 1 king, 5 queen, 1 full, 6 twins) . Sleeps 20. Two kitchens. Two washer and dryers. Outdoor kitchen with full size fridge and grill and sink. Patio around the pool to relax and a sunroom also. There is a slate pool table for all day entertainment. Old charm with modern amenities like Roku tv, high speed internet, air fryer & updated pool with tanning ledge.

Our home is conveniently located just 22 minutes from downtown Houston, 15 minutes from nrg stadium,45 minutes from IAH Airport and 36 minutes from Hobby Airport. Permit/License #: STR-2025-000746

Other Details to Note

Our home is over 65 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging, and charming patina both inside and outside. Please understand this before booking. 20 bath towels are provided- there are no extra towels left by cleaners. Unlike hotels there is no fresh towels delivered every day but washer dryer is available. It’s $20/perday/per guest, extra for more than 16 guests. Max 20. Kids are also counted in extra guests not toddlers, but should be added in guest count in toddler section. Courtesy of 1 hour earlier checkin might be possible but anything more is $200 early checkin fees applies. *** Baby and kids stuff are available for rent from 3rd party vendors due to safety and sanitization standards required. *** We require all guests to be added to the reservation. This price is for max 16 guests, if you have more guests, please let us know. We charge $10/per person/night so very reasonable.

1. No extra guests allowed in the house or pool. If someone is visiting than add them to guest count. 2.Please upload government issued id to your airbnb profile. 3. No loud music or gatherings outside on pool or patio after 10 pm. 4. Don't move furniture and if you do then please put furniture back where it was originally. 5. Check-out is 11AM unless stated otherwise. A Mandatory $100 fee per hour for unauthorized "Overstay". If "Overstay" exceeds two hours past checkout, guest is responsible for the Daily Base Rate (without discounts) & does not award you possession of the property for the day of "Overstay". If guest wants to extend their stay (based upon availability), a new official booking will need to be made. If "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, guest is responsible for the full cost of reimbursement. 6. Courtesy of 1 hour earlier checkin might be possible but anything more is $200 early checkin fees applies. 7. We require all guests to be added to the reservation. 8. Early check in and Late checkout are charged $50/hr as we have to send extra cleaners and change schedule. 9. guests use pool and bunk beds at their own risk 10. In Houston due to humid and warm weather there is no refunds if pests activity is seen, regular pest control is performed and we don’t have any magic to totally eliminate them. 11. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture. If hair is found, Lenin’s will be replaced and charged.

The entire house, private patio with bbq grill and pool. $500 EXTRA FEES FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND FAMILY GATHERINGS. YOU STILL BE RESPONSIBLE OF GETTING RID OF TRASH FROM THE PARTY. MAX.25 PEOPLE TOTAL INCLUDING GUESTS STAYING. Your guest count should include any person who is coming there even who are not going to stay. We can see number of people on the outdoor cameras. If that happens , we will cancel the reservation , no refund and you will get a negative review from us. * Please no parties or extra guests. Everything was wonderful and very glad I chose it for the second time in a row. The only bad thing is I forgot my down coat with the headphones in it he may be able to send it to me, but he was wonderful.

What a super cute house!! Eleven of us stayed there, and it never felt cramped at all. There was plenty of space, and there were plenty of beds, bathrooms and things to do. The entire home had so much character, from the swimming pool to the two outdoor patios (and indoor patio as well) to the upstairs balcony and pool table in the living room. And it's a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Rajesh was very helpful, very proactive in sharing information, very responsive. We LOVED our visit and would recommend Rajesh's home to anyone, especially if you need to accommodate 10 or more people! Thank you, Rajesh!!
