- No smoking inside. - Quiet time from 10pm-9am, no loud music. - Please clean dishes daily and don’t leave dirty dishes. - Do not park in front neighbors house, park on other side of street if required. - Please do not be loud when in the front, neighbors complain *** We require all guests need to make account with Airbnb and be verified to be able to stay. **** Early check in and Late checkout are charged $50/hr as we have to send extra cleaners and change schedule. *** guests bunk beds at their own risk *** In Houston due to humid and warm weather there is no refunds if pests activity is seen, regular pest control is performed and we don’t have any magic to totally eliminate them. *** Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture. If hair is found, Lenin’s will be replaced and charged.

House is on veterans memorial and there is abundance of restaurants and shops, just drive up and down. Drive from iah is toll free, we are one exit from I45 and just few blocks from beltway 8.
